- Iberian ham known as 'Pata Negra' meaning 'Black Leg', from Spain, is cured and dried for 24 to 30 months to bring up its unique flavour. These pigs are 100-percent acorn-fed and termed 'Bellota'. The acorn-fed pigs represent the top-quality due to the additional unique flavour it adds to the ham.
